The real first step is to reach out to us if you think your cottage needs a full rescue. We will discuss your project over the phone and provide a general ballpark estimate. If you would like to move forward with working with us, here's what you can expect.

Site visits are conducted, and drawings are created.
Plans and permits are submitted.

Engineering is sent off for required depths, loads, and a seal of approval.

Your cottage is lifted to a height of 9 feet.

A new foundation and beams are installed under your existing structure.

Your building is lowered onto the new beams and foundation.

Your cottage is ready to be enjoyed for summers to come.
